Tenant Criteria
We are committed to fostering a respectful and responsible community. Ivey Property Management's screening criteria include the following:
Monthly Net Income: Income should be 30% or less of the rent amount.
Credit Report: A credit score of 580 or higher is required.
Criminal Background Check: All applicants must pass a criminal background check.
References: We contact references, including current and previous landlords.
Please note that meeting the above criteria does not guarantee approval. These are the minimum requirements for our screening process. Bankruptcies, felonies, evictions, and/or outstanding landlord debt can result in denial.
